Dr Beatrix Krause-Sorio is a, Oxford-educated neuroscientist and wellbeing educator with a background in MRI and clinical research, mind–body interventions, and psychophysiology of stress and resilience. Her work bridges science and lived experience, translating concepts from brain health, stress resilience, and emotion regulation into practical tools people can use in daily life. Bea has contributed internationally to research across interventions such as yoga, tai chi, breathing practices, and psychopharmacology, and has worked in diverse areas ranging from cardiovascular health to neuropsychology and social-emotional skills. Outside of academia, Bea creates experiential workshops that combine neuroscience, creativity, and human–animal and inter-personal connection. She is passionate about making wellbeing accessible, building community, and helping people understand the mind through hands-on, meaningful experiences.
